DESCRIPTION:The 2019 Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) awards & recognition event will take place on Thursday\, December 4th from 6:00 – 8:30 PM at the Clearwater Country Club. \n \nOur keynote speaker is Dr. Kim Moore\, Assistant Superintendent of Schools\, Pasco County School District who will be speaking on the topic of “Workforce 2020 and Beyond: The Role of Secondary Education.” \nWe will announce the 2019 Student Scholarship winners\, and the chapter’s 2019 officers will be installed. Here is the evening’s agenda: \n5:30 – 6:00 Networking\n6:00 – 7:00 Dinner \n7:00 – 7:50 Guest Speaker\n7:50 – 8:10 Awards & Recognition\n8:10 – 8:20 Officer Installation\n8:20 – 8:30 Door Prizes \nOur awards ceremony is $35.00 for SME Members and $37.50 for Guests\, payable online or by check. \nIf you are paying by check\, please RSVP with your meal choice of beef\, chicken or vegetarian via email to Don Patz at don@patztech.com on or before Friday\, December 29th.  \nJoin us as we honor manufacturing engineering education\, career efforts\, and contributions throughout our community.
