Escape Brewing, a fixture in Florida craft beer scene for over a decade, moved to a new location in late 2024 and transformed into The Collective at Escape, a dynamic hub for beer enthusiasts and food lovers.
The Collective at Escape Brewing Company is a vibrant food hall and brewery featuring multiple culinary concepts, a craft brewery taproom, cocktail bar, and outdoor beer garden with live music.
Escape Brewing commitment to quality has earned top accolades, including a gold medal at the World Beer Cup for Poolside Chill Sour and a silver at the Great American Beer Fest for Goofy Footed Wheat Ale. Three additional beers have earned Gold Medal at the Best Florida Beer Competition, including The Other West Coast IPA, Scandalous Double IPA, and You Never Out Hazy IPA.
The tour consists of a guided walkthrough of the production space, with an open style explanation of the brewing process and the science behind the suds! The brew team will collect $10 per person for the tour but it comes with a choice of beer to enjoy during the tour!

After the tour, we have a reserved table in the taproom that has a QR code on it to order food and drinks.
Drinks will be brought directly to the table, but food will have to be picked up at the restaurant window when they text you that it ready. The food hall is right down the hallway, so a short walk from the taproom but it certainly beats waiting in line!
